How do I get support?
We recommend you visit our Technical Support page and view all the resources available. There are quick start guides, details of the Knowledgebase and how to raise a support query online so we can prioritize you during busy periods. Our Support Team typically use email, remote login and online conferencing. A phone call can also be setup during UK office hours or at other times by special arrangement.
Are there any limits on the amount of data I move?
CloudMigrator places no restrictions on the amount of mailbox or file data moved per User.
Can I have more than one source domain?
Yes, multiple source domains can be consolidated to a single G Suite destination domain.
Can I include rooms and other resources?
Yes, if they are simply a calendar resource with no inbox then there is no additional charge.
How many items can be migrated at the same time?
CloudMigrator can scale to an unlimited number of migrations using multiple servers, but ultimately it depends on the capability of source servers and the Google data center.
Can you provide me with a cloud-based migration?
Yes, either run your own migration or use our managed migration service for most source platforms in the cloud.
I don’t have admin access to my mail server. Can I still migrate?
The tool can extract data without being installed on the source platform as long as you have admin access to the mail application.
Why use CloudMigrator if Google offer a free tool for Exchange?
My data is on multiple servers and on different sites, how many times can I install the tool?
There is no limit to how many times you install the software. Hence you can have multiple installations of CloudMigrator in a single location or in multiple locations.
How can I measure the success of my migration?
The tool provides real-time progress monitoring as well as comprehensive audit reporting.
How would I migrate a large number of mailboxes?
Depending on your migration strategy, you can migrate the bulk history of all mailboxes first, then complete with one or more quick passes for the most recent data. Alternatively you could do this the other way round by cutting-over your users with say 4 weeks of the most recent mailbox data and then use CloudMigrator to backfill the history.
My organization has a number of different mail platforms. Can I migrate from all of them?
Yes, CloudMigrator migrates all enterprise mail platforms and a full list is shown under Mailbox Migration
Will my users experience any downtime during migration?
No, users will experience zero downtime as all the migration is done in the background, server to server. When users cut-over to G Suite it is a momentary switch.
What kind of items can be migrated besides mailboxes?
CloudMigrator migrates the following: Mailbox Migration (including email, contacts, calendars & tasks), Public Folder Migration (including shared mail folders & sub-folders), File Migration (any Microsoft Windows file or document stored in Google Drive, Google Team Drive, OneDrive, Box & Dropbox), and Archive Migration (mail archives, online archives, PST & NSF files).

Do you migrate Google Apps for Free?
CloudMigrator only supports G Suite Basic / Premium / Enterprise (including G Suite for Education / Nonprofits / Government)
How long will it take to migrate?
It depends on the throughput of the source infrastructure, the Internet and Google’s data center. However we will provide you estimates of migration times extrapolated from millions of previous migrations.
