- All you have to do is register once with a username and password.
- You can place new support requests and track existing tickets via the support system.
- All requests are prioritized and we aim to respond by email within one working day, often within hours. Sometimes we will arrange to call you by phone or ask you to participate in an online shared session to solve your problem.
